The M47 Meeting of the International Capacity Building EUBBC Digital project concludes. The conclusions and activities from days 26-28 took place at the Auditorium of the University of São Paulo-Escola Politécnica, Edifício Engenharia Mecânica.

Remarks by the Dean of Escola Politécnica – Prof. Reinaldo Giudici, the first presentation was – On-Line Higher Education: History and achievements by Prof. Marcos Borges, UNIVESP (São Paulo State Virtual University and 2th one presentation – The concept of stackable master and its applications in higher education by Torsten Fransson from EES and International Coordinator of EUBBC Digital Project

The morning was attended by the Consul of the Cuban Embassy in Brazil at the Consulate of the State of Sao Paulo, Mrs. Pilar Marchantes Castellanos, who at the end of the session shared with the Cuban delegation and conference participants expressed to all partners, organizers and managers of the HEIs present that within her functions she is also in charge of academic and scientific issues and that she will do her best to establish coordination to guarantee future cooperation and institutional agreements.

We thank each and every one of the participants, especially the organizers of University of São Paulo behalf of Dr. Marcelo A. Alves and Mr. Torsten Fransson, Main and International Coordinator of the EUBBC Digital Project for the shared experiences and the possibility of continuing to work to ensure the expected impacts.
